IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

The community connects users with friends, family and people that share a common interest so that they can share experiences, information, opinions and views by means of blogging, adding comments, uploading and viewing articles, photos, videos and other rich media within the online community and on member profiles.

We want the community to be a safe and engaging environment where people have fun but respect the rights and feelings of others, including third party intellectual property rights, and do not use the network for any illegal or immoral activity. With this in mind, we have established this Code of Conduct (the ‘Code of Conduct’) that, together with the Terms and Conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’), sets out the rules of use for the community.

When you use our services, you are agreeing to abide by our Terms and Conditions and this Code of Conduct. If you fail to adhere to the Terms and Conditions, and the Code of Conduct, it may result in the suspension or termination of your user account and/or the deletion of all or any content from the community site with or without notice, in each case at the sole discretion of the community manager. By agreeing to join this community you explicitly accept that the community manager shall be the sole arbiter of whether any content breaches this Code of Conduct.

Please take the time to read and understand the Terms and Conditions and also this Code of Conduct before you register for community membership. By registering to join the community you explicitly warrant that you have read, understood and accept this Code of Conduct.

Third Party Content

The community allows you to create user generated content which can include uploading and sharing articles, photographs, images, videos and text entries (including uploading or referring to other user generated content) from your PC, laptop, webcam or any other digital device or by uploading a URL or Unique Resource Locator for Internet based content. By uploading and sharing any such content you warrant that you either own the copyright to or have permission from the copyright owner to use this content in this context, including, without limitation, any articles, images, photographs, text entries and videos of:

Yourself
Your friends and/or family
Original content created by yourself, friends or family
Third party content that you have permission to use
If using friends, family or third party content, you must ensure that you have permission to do so and, where necessary, provide an acknowledgement of the source of such content in accordance with any and all relevant copyright laws and practices.

Inappropriate Content

The community is a place where users can express themselves, share points of view, opinions, information and other content. By its nature, the community encourages the sharing of forthright and passionate opinions and engaging content. However certain kinds of content are not acceptable in accordance with the Code of Conduct. By using the community you agree not to refer to, upload or share any content that, without limitation:

Is offensive, derogatory, demeaning, malicious, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, racist, sectarian, sexist or homophobic
Depicts, promotes, makes fun of graphic or gratuitous violence or sex
Bullies, intimidates, threatens, or harasses anyone or any group, race or religion

Illegal, Harmful Content and/Or Conduct

We want the community to be a safe online home for its users and although as service providers we are not responsible for the conduct and content of users, we have established this Code of Conduct that must be adhered to for the benefit of all users.

When using the community you will not, without limitation:

Engage in any bullying, predatory, or stalking conduct
Misrepresent yourself in anyway. This includes: impersonating another person or entity and misleading users with regards to your age and gender.
User another person’s account without consent
Upload and/or share personal details of a third party such as contact details, passwords, identification or any other material that may be deemed personal information
Upload any material that may contain software viruses
Attempt to use computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or interfere with Wasabi services, users’ accounts, computer software, or hardware equipment
Use your account or anyone else’s to solicit unauthorized advertising and/or promotional material, spam or other unsolicited or nuisance communication(s), chain letters, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing or any other form of solicitation that is unauthorized, illegal, immoral or in gross bad taste.
Conduct or encourage behaviour that violates local, state, national or international law or laws and/or treaties.

We expect users to use good judgment and common sense when sharing content and interacting with other users. If you suspect any user to be abusing the community service in violation of this Code of Conduct and our Terms and Conditions in anyway, please report them immediately by using the "flag" abuse option or by contacting us directly. This Code of Conduct is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the community management team and any and all changes to this Code of Conduct will be effective on publication on the community website. You can consult the Code of Conduct at any time on the community website. If you do not agree with, or cannot adhere to any or all of the terms of the Code of Conduct you should delete your community account forthwith.
